MPwH (Meet People with H), brought to the market by Antopia, is one of the best online STD dating sites that we have reviewed to date. We firmly believe that it is a great place to meet other singles who suffer from the same STD, and, with thousands checking out the site every single day, there's a great chance that you can find what you're looking for on MPwH. With more than 70,000 members, MPwH is a diverse bunch with members coming from all age groups, races, social backgrounds and more. MPwH proudly boasts that, just as STD's don't discriminate, neither does MPwH, and this is reflected in the site's wide and diverse membership. Not only is MPwH a fantastic dating resource, it is also a wonderful support group and educational resource for sufferers of HSV and HPV. What is even more fantastic is the site is free to join for all users, and only $9.99 a month to upgrade (at its most expensive!) to the premium package which opens up access to all site features.

MPwH has a fantastic complement of features that are intended to enrich its users' online dating experience. As well as the more common features on dating sites, such as photo profiles (allowing users to check out what another user looks like before making initial contact), the site boasts a number of additional features intended to make online dating that little bit more exciting. Users can enter chat rooms run by MPwH to discuss a number of different issues with other users. Chat rooms are great fun because they provide users with the opportunity to engage in real-time, live conversation on a number of different topics and really allow them to get to know each other in the early stages of conversation. Users can also check out the message boards which allow them to publish questions or comments and get feedback from the general MPwH community. These message boards cover a wide range of topics, from STDs and their management, to sport, current affairs, entertainment, leisure and more. A monthly newsletter keeps all MPwH users up to date with everything that is going on at the site, and the 'success stories' listings let every user read up on the most recent MPwH happy tales! Finally, as expected, users can check out the FAQs page or use the dedicated technical support email address to solve any problems they may have.

There's also a great many STD dating specific features that we think will appeal to a lot of users. There is an on-site medical adviser who conducts scheduled online chats with users to help them out with their medical problems and provide some advice. These medics are often experts in STDs and their treatment, and so we were particularly impressed by this service offered to all MPwH users. There are also member hosted chat sessions where members can get together to discuss particular problems they are having in a warm and friendly environment. All of these features illustrate the community feeling that we got from using this site, and hope that this will really benefit those users that choose MPwH.

MPwH missed out on our No.1 review spot by a small margin. Although it is a great site, with a wonderful set of useful features, it just didn't quite provide as much as our highest rated site in this category, Positive Singles. That said, there's still a good chance of getting a date using MPwH and it's a lot cheaper than Positive Singles, too!
