I have dated on this site on and off for about a year. I have chatted with numerous men and physically met several as well. I have never had any issues or doubts with fake or made up profiles. Everybody was real and genuine. This site has been a God send for support and semi-successful for dating as well. My only complaint, there are a few men just looking to hook up but that is going to happen with any dating site. I have been very satisfied with the site in general as well as the quality of men.
In summary, I would recommend Positive Singles to a friend.
